NI Boiler Replacement Allowance
The Boiler Replacement Allowance scheme is for owner-occupiers to help with the cost of replacing boilers which are 15 years or older with a new boiler.
The amount you may receive depends on your total income.
If you earn less than £20,000 you could receive £700 for replacing your boiler.
This may rise to £1,000 if controls are also being installed.
If you earn £20,000 or more, but less than £40,000, the grant is £400 for replacing your boiler.
This may rise to £500 if time and temperature controls are fitted.
